Petition: Restoring Fairness In Ontario’s Land Development Process
This petition is designed to strengthen community voices at the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) by bringing back the Local Planning Appeal Support Centre (LPASC); a body which was eliminated by the Ford government. The LPASC previously provided free legal advice and representation to community members seeking to engage at the OLT.
